This is the second time that Bineesh has been addressed by the ED according to this case. On October 3, he was tested for more than six hours regarding the equivalent.
Bineesh's name surfaced in the Bengaluru drug situations when Anoop Mohammed, a local of Kochi, was held by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and addressed. Anoop was found peddling drugs under the front of running a café in Bengaluru.
Bineesh had kept up that he and Anoop were companions, and that he had monetarily helped the last to begin an inn a couple of years prior. The Enforcement Directorate has booked an argument against Bineesh under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

The drug case isn't simply the main difficulty that Bineesh has ended up in. On September 9, the ED in Kochi had quizzed Bineesh regarding the continuous disputable Kerala gold sneaking case.
