Aside from the previously mentioned dates, banks will stay shut in particular states on the accompanying dates:
-15 January in Hyderabad because of Thiruvalluvar Day, Magh Bihu and Tusu Puja.
-20 January in Chandigarh by virtue of Guru Govind Singh Ji's birthday.
-23 January in Agartala by virtue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's introduction to the world commemoration.
-25 January in Imphal because of Imoinu Iratpa.
According to a report in DNA, while banks will actually stay shut on these dates, mobile and internet banking will stay operational. The year 2021 will see 40 holidayss for banks.
