Tech Major HCL Declared Rs 700cr Bonus To Its Staffs Around Globe

HCL Technologies, the country's third-biggest software services firm, has declared a one-time bonus program for its over 1.5 lakh staffs around the globe, worth Rs 700 crore to mark the achievement of the organization's incomes contacting the $10 billion revenue milestone for 2020.

The unique reward will be paid to staff members in February 2021, adding up to around $90 million (over Rs 650 crore) or more adding finance charges in certain nations, the effect of which is prohibited from the FY21 EBIT direction given by the organization a month ago, HCL said in an articulation. In festivity and appreciation, all employees with one year of service or greater will receive a bonus, that compared to ten days' compensation.

HCL offers its services and items through three business units: IT and Business Services (ITBS), Engineering and R&D Services (ERS) and Products and Platforms (P&P). HCL Technologies posted 31.1 percent year-on-year ascend in net benefit at Rs 3,982 crore for the December 2020 quarter. On a Q-o-Q premise, HCL's benefit became 26.7 percent. The HCL Tech Board had announced a break profit of Rs 4 for every value share for the monetary year 2020-21.
Then, HCL Tech stock cost was trading at Rs 952, up Rs 5.75 or 0.61 percent, on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.
